This looks like an Extension Warehouse / Skp 2020 issue - not the first one I’ve heard about, either!
The problem seems to be that SketchUp 2020 is not working well with the new EW code to hook up paid extension licenses, especially under Windows 10.
Some things I’ve seen on the SketchUp forum:- Make sure you are signing in with the same email you used to purchase and/or try out the extension.- Log out of the EW and back in again (from within SketchUp, using the extension Manager window)- Try un-installing and re-installing the extension.- Make sure you have admin privileges if you are in Windows.Keep hammering on SketchUp’s Extension Warehouse tech support to get this fixed. The more users complain, the more resources they may commit to a fix.In the meantime, you can limp along with FlatText Lite. It’s free, so no licensing issues. Once you get FlatText up and running again (and people have), you can uninstall it.
Dave, I love flat text. I cannot seam to just buy it. I am past the trail. Help
